There was a time when we were all brand new to this sport and when I think back to that time, I remember the people who welcomed me into this community - the ones who gave me my first pair of shorts expecting nothing in return, the ones who included me when I still felt like an outsider. It reminds me how impactful just one person can and its reminds me how important it is to live the words Grow the Game.
